You have three options:

1- Via our website

a- Click on the “Book an appointment” button

b- Select the option “cancel an appointment already made at our clinic”.

2- Via our voicemail

a- 450-859-0010 extension 1
b- Say CLEARLY AND SLOWLY

i-Your NAME
ii- Your DATE OF BIRTH
iii- The Reason

c- ONLY cancellations will be taken into account on this voicemail; all other messages will be deleted.

3- Via your confirmation e-mail

a- 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive an e-mail asking you to CONFIRM (green) or CANCEL (red).

b- IF you have CONFIRMED your appointment, you will not be able to cancel it afterward. You’ll have to use our Voicemail or our online form.
