Welcome to the Gynovie Clinic !<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note that all our obstetricians-gynecologists are affiliated with the Suro\u00eet Hospital in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Should you choose to be looked after at our clinic, your delivery will take place at the Suro\u00eet Hospital.<\/p>\n

You will receive an appointment request by e-mail. The first pregnancy appointment usually takes place around the 12th week of pregnancy. You will receive the dates of your next appointments through the Web Portal, after your first appointment. Note that appointment dates and times may change depending on your doctor’s availability. The changes will be communicated to you by email: you will not receive a call.<\/p>\n

Our team will order your first pregnancy ultrasound. The radiology department at Suro\u00eet Hospital will contact you to arrange an appointment. The first ultrasound is performed between 11 and 13 weeks at Suro\u00eet Hospital or the CLSC in Vaudreuil. It can take place before or after your first pregnancy appointment at the clinic. Ultrasounds do not take place at Gynovie. If you have further questions about obstetrical ultrasound appointments, please visit our website and consult our Frequently Asked Questions page.<\/p>\n

Based on your history, an ultrasound may be requested for an earlier date, or your pregnancy appointment may be scheduled before your twelfth week.<\/p>\n

Prenatal screening for trisomy\u2019s will be discussed during your pregnancy appointment. For further information, please consult the Frequently Asked Questions page of our website.<\/p>\n
