If you are less than 20 weeks pregnant, you must go to the emergency department.

If you are 20 weeks or more pregnant (and are being followed by one of our gynecologists-obstetricians), you can call the mother-child center at Valleyfield Hospital (450-371-9920 ext 2146) to speak to a nurse who can advise and assess you.
